DAO

DAO's are one of the fastest growing trends in the NFT space. The reason for that is no one likes the thought of a select few individuals controlling the outcome and most importantly the funds of the project that everyone worked so hard to build. They do have their downsides, getting a meaning-full vote can sometimes take time meaning the process is much slower. Following our public mint we will start the initiation of verifying our holders wallets. We will close of most of our discord to outside holders, so you will only be able to vibe with other verified holders. The DAO platform we utilise will be decided based upon the professionalism of the setup and the ease of use that we feel it would be the most a user friendly platform for our holders to use.

The DAO Reps

DAO reps will be broken down into teams. Where holders allocate themselves to a team and approve their representatives. To become a SOSMC DAO representative we will hold monthly votes to ensure the communities voice is always represented.

If at any point the community feels like the representatives are no longer serving them the way they should you can vote them out. Voting will be given on a per wallet basis and not by how many NFT's are held in each wallet. This is to try remain more community friendly instead of being easily manipulated by high quantity holders. We will assign teams within the SOSMC community where you will decide what team you want to represent.

The DAO will be split into 4 teams as follows:

Team 1

Team 2

Team 3

Team 4

Everyone in their respective team will battle out to complete challenges to gain team points. The team with the highest amount of points will be the overall leaders for that month. Having deciding vote on best proposal from the four teams for submission that month. Each team will structure its own internal hierarchy and roles will be assigned accordingly. With the president of each team putting forward to the project developers the structure of what roles they are assigning to each member within their teams and the final proposal their team has decided upon for that month.

For a vote to be successful it will need to have a meaningful community majority. The majority will be set at 60% to carry out a motion.
