Building your ranking is simple. The more you contribute to the project and remain consistently involved your level rating will increase.

All verified holders will start at the same level of 1. Progression through the levels will be based on multiple factors. The easiest way is to contribute in the DAO where you can gain extra XP by being an influencer within the project.

Suggesting votes is going to one of the biggest rewarding factors as well as a key project development tool and will be rewarded accordingly by the team. There is no other way you can jump the system its based on time served interaction.
